The “YC35SR Tailless Hydraulic Excavator Research and Development” project was independently researched and developed by Yuchai Engineering Co., Ltd. Its development, design, and development process includes product technical design, process design, tooling design, and prototyping, verification, and product appraisal of prototypes. In the first half of 2008, it will form a technical transformation of an annual output of 300 assembly production capacity. YC35SR complete machine adopts zero-swing back-end design, so that the product can still demonstrate good working performance in a narrow working environment; the deflection of the whole machine has two modes of getting on the car and the working arm deflection, to adapt to the complex construction environment; Performance Imported engine, strong and reliable power, low fuel consumption, low noise, low vibration, and meet the European emission standards; cab with hydraulic flip, with hydraulic explosion-proof locking device, and with a mechanical protection mechanism; optional electronic control system GPS system to achieve remote monitoring of operating parameters.
This project is another project after the “YC225LC Hydraulic Excavator Research and Development” project was included in the second batch of projects of the Yulin Science Research and Technology Development Plan in 2006. After the project is completed, it fills the blank of the company's tailless excavator development, which will help improve the market competitiveness of Yuchai excavator, expand market sales, improve the company's comprehensive competitiveness and profitability, and the technology of the national national brand hydraulic excavator.
